In ‘Homeland’, Judith Jáuregui, one of the most renowned Spanish pianists of our time, joins forces with Kaspar Zehnder and the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León in performances of Grieg’s Piano Concerto, op. 16 and Falla’s Noches en los Jardines de España. Two composers who made of their love for their homeland a musical message, both scholars of the folklore of their respective origins, Norway and Andalucía, and they knew how to introduce and emphasize elements of this in their music. Intense and enthusiastic performances provide the opportunity to immerse the listener in the universe of their respective homelands.
